CULINARY ARTS

Club members will learn the application of professional food preparation, cooking, plating, presentation, and serving. This class also covers topics like food safety, sanitation, cooking techniques, ingredient knowledge, nutrition, menu development, and world cuisines to prepare students for independence or careers in the food service industry through hands-on learning.
